Wanted to rent a unit they had a current special listed half off any size unit for oct nov and dec so I called to reserve a unit because I'm moving to moyock well I was shocked to hear that the owner acknowledged that he sees the special won't honor it then proceeds to tell me to have a nice life and hangs up on me......who does that these days how freaking rude!!!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NEGATIVE BAD OWNERS EQUALS NEGATIVE BAD COMPANY!!!!!
This place is a rip off tried to rent a unit and on their website they clearly have listed a current special for 1/2 off any size unit and the owner stated they did not know of any special and he would not honor the special n hung up on me very rude and can't believe that a owner of a business would do anything like this what happened to customer service
