SCOS Review Negative 00000. Doctors ok but offices, staff, and communication absolutely negative five. You have to fill out a new multi-page registration every visit. And, if you take too long to thoroughly fill it out, they cancel your appointment regardless of the 1-1/2 hour's drive, the lengthy lines, and the pain you are suffering. Excellent facility. I came at 10:40am on a Thursday. No wait time at all. Pre filled all of my forms online. Sat in lobby seat for 2 minutes then was called in. I saw Dr. Gautam Malhotra. The guy is a cool doctor. All staff were professional and friendly. Everyone young. Doctor made things quick. I recommend👍

I have the same experience as several others recently. Dr. Wong in person was great. It's too bad because I can't get follow-up care since the front office just hangs up on you when you try to call or you'll never get a call back or you will be waiting an eternity to hear from anybody if you're ever lucky enough to do so. What is the point of seeing a great doctor if the office is run horribly and you'll never be able to get follow-up, care or answers of any kind.
THE WORST AI PHONE RESPONSE SYSTEM EVER. So frustrating, took 5 mins to get through all the questions and most of them didn't align with why I was calling. Absolutely awful.
