Miss I was referred by a friend being a single woman and not real sure how vehicles work. My trust factor from a previous experience at another shop had been tarnished but Tony and his staff were very friendly and thoroughly explained my vehicle's issues in layman's terms. He did not talk down to me being a woman and understood my concerns. He had his guys stay over thier lunch break to finish my vehicle so I could be on my way. I truly apprecaite the great service and would recommend their shop to anyone!
Sir Gallahad Very unreliable, unethical. Every time I've had work done on one of my vehicles at his establisment there has always been some additional costs or problems that Tony had "fortunately" discovered. He does not stand behind his work.
