No call, no show Bottom line: Brendan Cooper built me a gorgeous fence and deck but he and his crew were no shows for numerous stated milestone/completion dates and only gave me an excuse once I reached out to him. I am a very reasonable person but to no-call/no-show again and again is just now how one should treat their customers...especially since I gave him 20% more than requested for the deposit. I would not use this company for anything! As previous customers have written, Brendan Cooper owner of Scopus Marsh, is not a reliable contractor, nor is he a dependable contractor. He does not adhere to his warranty on his workmanship. Once the job is complete and you are no longer revenue enhancement you are written off. If you have any issues he will not return phone calls,, nor stand behind his warranty. He talks a good game and the prices are reasonable, however, they cost you a whole lot more in the end. Excellent contractor! He lives on the water and knows how to build proper floating and permanent docks. Licenced to pull the Marine Permits, he brings along a great engineer and top of the line products. From Rudee Inlet to Back Bay, Scopus Marsh Contractors Inc. is your choice.
Happy Customer This is an honest contractor who can be found on his website for real photos and testimonies. Most of his competition was rude and probably wrote the negative comments about him. Scopus Marsh Contractors Inc. was the best price, and we felt confident allowing him to pull the permit and run our addition job. Extremely Professional – I needed a new fence built quickly since i live on a busy road and have small chlidren and dogs. I could not have picked a better contractor to work with. Brendan was courteous, honest and professional.The fence he built was rock solid and he finished the job on time.Quality work at a great price. I have recommened him to several of my neighbors . Very pleased !
DO NOT LET THIS CONTRACTOR IN YOUR HOME! – Apparently if you are having a fence built or installed this is the contractor that can do it BUT only that. DO NOT LET THIS CONTRACTOR IN YOUR HOME TO DO ANY WORK. He will do other damage and NOT take responsibility for it!! He did a very poor job on my home repair and did not even repair right!!
