Scope Services employee Andrew Stewart broke into my property by breaking the gate and pushing it open at the top of my driveway to install smart meters on my property. They did so with out my knowledge, notification or consent.
The scope employees only make 10 dollars an hour! NO MORE, Very sad. Everyone needs to look at the vehicles the employees are forced to drive. Most break down weekly YES WEEKLY! High high turnover rate!!! Duke should be ashamed to have this company as a contractor.
