Back in 2016 until early October 2016 Colleen, the staff, was bullying my daughter. When Ashley came back from the Bathroom, there was a speaker outside and was speaking with Ashley through the speaker just to threatened to call the police on her if she starts screaming at Colleen to press the buzzer to let her in. I am not happy with this support worker who came to my house and took my sister out back in 2014. That support worker has no rights to tell my sister that there is abuse in the family and that my parents are not good parents. Yes she was crying that day and yes she didn't want to talk about it but that is no excuse for being rude but we don't believe in abuse or any harm. We where dealing with grief that day.
