Absolutely flawless display of competence and professionalism.
I have never been to a clinic that insists on treating its patients like real people instead of cattle in line. Right from the receptionist to the nurses and doctors on site everyone treated me like a real person with respect and dignity. They assisted me with my high level of anxiety and tried to calm me down and put me at ease.
