As the others said, Mike was excellent. He was honest and helpful. I was looking to get a new telescope, an easy one to operate because I have been out practice with a telescope. He didn't have anything in my price range, however he did direct to a website with a high quality telescope in my price range. I had though of getting another brand, but his knowledge and insight was of immense help.
Awesome place to go to. Mike was very very and I mean very knowledgeable. Will come back and get more info and books about telescopes. Mike thanks bud!!!
I called a couple of telescope stores and this one was so helpful. The other one put me on hold and didn't seem to want to answer questions. When I called Scope City Mike was so helpful I went right down and he helped me pick out a great scope for a beginner like me. Very happy with the customer service. Will certainly buy from them again.
