Whenever I need a part for my 2020 GTS 300 HPE or my 2023 GTS 300 HPE 2, this is where I go. I buy products from SW often through their website. I have an old 1981 P200E scooter that has been in the family since it's birth. They are great at responding quickly to product inquiries via email. Once I was lucky enough to get an expert on the phone to discuss a particular part i wanted to buy, but I don't advise you to call them for tech support. They are probably too busy to take technical support calls on older models, and do not receive commission for their expert advice.
This place is awesome! I was traveling to San Diego from Hawaii for a celebration of life and popped in to Scooter West on a Saturday hoping to have a key made and coded for my et4. The service staff was busy but still squeezed me in and cut and coded a new key for me which was super helpful because we don't have a Vespa dealership here in Hawaii. Staff was friendly, let us make some italian espressos, and when I got home, the key worked great. Mahalo Scooter West you guys rock!
