This place is awesome! I was traveling to San Diego from Hawaii for a celebration of life and popped in to Scooter West on a Saturday hoping to have a key made and coded for my et4. The service staff was busy but still squeezed me in and cut and coded a new key for me which was super helpful because we don't have a Vespa dealership here in Hawaii. Staff was friendly, let us make some italian espressos, and when I got home, the key worked great. Mahalo Scooter West you guys rock!
These guys are extremely helpful! There videos on u tube are very helpful, parts are great, shipping is very fast, prices are good. A+++
Very thorough knowledgeable mechanics
Truly enjoying watching the Robot videos and the level of explanation and detail when trying to figure out a particular service issue. It's fantastic to see small business encourage DIY maintenance and I appreciate when Robot gives the part #s of all items being used during the videos.
Ordered some new updated accessories for my 2018 primavera and they are fantastic. Shipping was fast and everything I ordered was packed well and labeled with precision. I will definitely keep working with them.
