DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! I recently had a scooter serviced by them that had been sitting for some time - ok a year. The bill came to $846 which at the time I accepted although it was probably more than the value of the bike. This included a battery which cost $69.50 plus GST and disposal cost for the old battery. Invoice dated 2 October 2014 - NOTE THIS DATE Doing the roadworthy they then said the battery needed to be replaced on 24 November 2014 - NOTE THIS DATE - just 48 days later!! The store is fine. A bit overpriced, but not very much. Staff and products are ok. The reason for the 2 stars is clear: the service next door is terrible. Two different companies, but one is directly related to the other, so the score should directly related as well. I promised myself that I would never go to their service shop again. People, be aware that there are at least 2 other scooter service shops and they normally do have the parts Freedom On 2 Wheels and Urban Scooters. Went there for a service, normally go to Team Moto in Moorooka but this time the valley was more convenient. Was $210 for a standard scooter service for my 50cc scooter (a little more than the $140 at Team Moto but fair enough for the location, specialist scooter shop etc etc).
