We forgot to take our cart to the road last night. Much to our surprise this morning our dumpster is empty. Apparently our driver walked up the drive to get it and then returned it!!! What great service!! Thank you so much!!

Paid for the dumpster to redo my roof, called three times to make sure the dumpster would fit everything- they gave me a rate that I agreed to, after they picked the dumpster up they charged my card for a second time without my consent because the dumpster was “too heavy” I called to have it refunded since I did not authorize the charge and he told me he would not refund it.

Ms. Borgman, your container came in over the 3-ton weight limit. I offered to split the cost of the overage with you, which I think is more than fair, but you declined. I understand your frustration with the extra charge, but you still came in cheaper than the 20 Yard dumpster. Roofing can be heavy and that is nobody's fault.
