Scooters of Boise has helped me with my special order scooter purchase and first year service maintenance this year. I am very pleased with thier service.
As an owner I wouldn't rate the store, but will say that there are not enough stars to show how wonderful our customers are.

Interesting that you'd bring your custom project to a dealer and expect them to have a parts catalog for your scooter - even though it's not from the dealership you're seeking service from. When you're doing your own work on a project you cannot expect a dealer to be able to supply you with parts. If it's a Honda reach out to the Honda dealer. Just bought a scooter from The Scooter Store. Couldn't find a motorcycle shop with sales staff that would give me the time of day. The Scooter Store had great sales staff helpful, informative,treated us like family and went the extra mile. It was a great buying experience. 5 star rated and if there were more stars I'd give them all.
I've had my Scarabeo in 3 different shops in the Treasure Valley and must conclude that Scooters has the BEST shop mechanic and performance outcomes. I'd actually forgotten what fun a bike/scooter can be as no one else has been able to restore it from damage done by other shops and that I'd just "gotten used to". Whow, some fun now and Thanks Kathy & Kitty!

The whole staff always makes us feel like family. They are the best for customer service, and they will always accommodate your scooter needs without trying to make a quick sale just to move merchandise out the door. Kitty, Kathy and Ryan want to get you on the bike that is right for your riding needs. We are VERY fortunate to have a full service scooter shop here in the local area! They are genuinely enthusiastic about scooters!
Told me that they don't do anything with Honda ruckus and I should go to a Honda store .... I just need a tire I went to moto one and they were very helpful and I purchased a tire from them never going back to scooters of boise

We don't work on the ruckus nor carry their parts. We did not have the tire you were looking for in stock. We were very clear about this and we're glad you found someone that could help. We always refer the Honda branded bikes to the Honda dealer. Best wishes!
