After trying to reach the scooter manufacturer for 2 weeks with no response I researched battery companies and found this company. The company was very responsive, including reached out to me on a weekend , answered all my questions, reassured me that the battery would be here in 48 hours and would be easy to change myself. Scott was professional and friendly. I was very pleased with the service and highly recommend them

I was very pleased with the help assistance information and a speedy response for questions that was answered this is passes my questions were asked I was given answers my product is doing okay for me but issues that are not any that I can control I am still being given help to troubleshoot for problems they have now arrived and still I am being given the best help as possible a great company great people I am pleased

Beware: this is only an online store. It does not have a physical location. I spent forever trying to find the store at the posted location. I tried to call them a dozen times during their posted hours of operation and no one answered. I do not know about their products or services because I was never able to experience them.
