Visited this shop last Monday and enquired about lithium battery change over for my wife's mobility scooter. The bloke I spoke to didn't seem to know anything, but took my details and said he would ring me back. I then stated that if lithium was off the table, I would just have the current lead acid batteries replaced. So you would think, that a mobility scooter shop would have some sort of clue about batteries, but it did not appear so. One week down track and still no phone call.
