Very knowledgeable and helpful. I took in our charger as the scooter wasn’t charging. They tested it and replaced the fuse but it still didn’t work. They told me how to check the scooter hadn’t been damaged by a power surge before buying a new charger. Luckily the scooter was ok and a new charger fixed it. They also gave me a number of tips like tyre pressures.
Great place to go for advice and sales of mobility scooters and other aids. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly and you can test drive a scooter to ensure it suits you. There is a good range of scooters to choose from and they service the scooters they sell.
