06/14/2026 Went through the drive thru. I was pleasantly greeted and as I expressed that I had never been there and wanted a sugar free option the barista was very friendly and let me know several items she could craft. I chose the Iced Caramelicious® With Sugar Free Flavor which was delicious!!! I also ordered the Bacon Cheddar Sliders which were hot and flavorful for a quick bite. I enjoyed my order, but really appreciated the excellent customer service I received here. A+++
I must say, my drinks the past few times I have been have been exceptionally tasty. Plus the employees have been so nice. It was a major perk to my mornings.

I went through the drive thru yesterday (5/3/26) at the Onalaska location and unfortunately did not have a good experience. Within minutes of leaving the drive thru, I realized that my drink tasted awful and not like what I normally order. My husband said the same thing. I am very sensitive to artificial sweeteners and I knew something was off. We went back and told the girl taking orders it tasted "off".
