I’ve been coming here since they open and I love it. I get the same coffee every morning. I don’t Eat breakfast so I’ve never really ordered the actual food here. There have been an issues here and there Busy days and a wrong drink order but they have always been very friendly and understanding. I’ve always been able to have my drink remade when it was wrong. We love Scooters Coffee. Love the drinks and the service. This visit missed the mark. They asked for our order and then the speaker sat paused for around a minute. Then she asked "is that all?". I asked if she even had my order because she validated nothing. She then asked for ME to repeat my own order back to the speaker. Once at the window, she did nothing to apologize or thank me for my order. I hope this was just a bad day.
