I stopped by this location frequently and I've never had this issue before, but it was quite absurd!!! I asked for too small caramel frozen drinks with no whipped cream. She hands me the first drink that clearly is covered in whipped cream, and I try to not be a very difficult customer and take that one willingly. And just ask, hey, can you please remember that these are not supposed to have whipped cream? Can you make sure that the second doesn't? The RedBull infusion are so delicious! Drive thru line is fast. The app is great. Every person at the window has been super nice. The Oreo cake bites or cup o cookies are worth the add on!
Love the coffee and always fast and great service at this location!
