Always nice to get snubbed first thing in the morning incredibly rude... I walked in they looked at me had me standing there for 5 minutes never bothered to say a single word to me not even a head nod like we'll be with you in a minute. finally I just left went next door and got a coffee from the pancake shop
Just the fact your bathrooms are employees only would make me never shop here it’s creepy to restrict people from using the bathroom especially when you’re not prompt in service
My husband and I were passing through town on a road trip and hurriedly stopped here in desperate need of a bathroom and snack. The staff were compassionate and friendly. I am a wheelchair user and was in desperate need of a bathroom and the local gas station had denied us access so I was extremely grateful for their generosity. We grabbed some cinnamon rolls which were delicious and headed on our way. We will definitely be stopping at a scooters again on our next road trip!
I just tried Scooters for the first time ever and was warmly welcomed! Tyson & Brittany are so kind, relating that they truly enjoy customers. They provided helpful insight leading me to the type of delicious drink concoction & flavors I was craving! The blended drink's consistency was perfect (not too icy, not too thin, not too thick, not too watery). *Update: Carolina has helped me a few times and she's smiley and helpful! This welcoming environment mixed with their delicious blended drinks is a winning combo!
