Pulled up to the speaker & asked what I wanted for my order… fair enough informed the worker I wasn’t sure yet & it was my first time. Asked if they served frappes as I don’t drink regular coffee. I got the caramelicious frappe as she stated with a cinnamon roll. I tasted no caramel no sweetness just pure coffee. Great service.
I just left a few hrs ago and used my points to pay for my drink . When I looked in my bank account they still charged me for my drink and took my points. I googled for there number to call to see what to do and they don’t even have a phone number listed. Unprofessional and now how do I fix this, it takes a lot to earn points so this ain’t fair
