Their coffee and Service is amazing, but the amount of caramel that they give me on my EXTRA caramel caramelicious is absolutely abysmal the only thing y’all could do to make this place better is add more caramel to the EXTRA CARAMELICIOUS
Have been getting a strawberry shortcake sugar free for weeks. Ordered through drive through same as always. Order was incorrect. Asked before we left window, called back manger was so rude! We will never go back
