I do like my coffee with cream and sugar on the other hand the lady on the other end kept talking while I was talking and she didn't add sugar I like sugar in my coffee by the end of the time she handed me the credit card machine focused on a tip before I even drank my coffee I didn't give a tip and I'm glad I didn't I didn't like my coffee either well that's just today I still like Scooter's Coffee
Every Scooters we have been to has been excellent in service and yummy!
Very rude store manager, not willing to acknowledge when staff makes drinks incorrectly Edit: I already filled out that form on the website and was told by the store manager and area manager to "go somewhere else". Called corporate and had them forward my info to the franchise ower who was supposed to reach out and still has not.
