Very rude store manager, not willing to acknowledge when staff makes drinks incorrectly Edit: I already filled out that form on the website and was told by the store manager and area manager to "go somewhere else". Called corporate and had them forward my info to the franchise ower who was supposed to reach out and still has not.

Coffee and food was super good and the staff was super friendly and fast to get our things to us. I got a frozen drink with lavender in it and it didn't taste perfumey like lavender flavors sometimes can which is awsome.
Always polite, friendly, and speedy with our orders, no matter the locations. Thank you for the excellent service and work you all do.
