Stopped here on our way to Minnesota. Staff member was rude while we tried to order. She didn't have the best customer service skills to tell us they couldn't make my child a mango smoothie kids size. (Only small available) As a former scooters employee, I know they made my two cappuccino blenders wrong. They forgot the blender base. So essentially they just put ice and espresso in the blender and gave me that. Didn't want to stop ahead at the other scooters in Wyndham but from now on I know it's the better choice. I am very disappointed by the lack of compassion shown here. A kid’s car broke down in the drive-through and accidentally tapping the building, which caused no damage. Instead of helping staff immediately called the police. Situations like this should be handled with understanding, especially when no harm was done.

Employees are so insensitive poor man has been down on his luck had car problems and accidently bumped the wall no damage but they called the police on him and created more problems wish people were just a little more caring and not so selfish.
