We always find the friendliest service here at this drive-thru eatery. It's a great place to pick up a smoothie or a snack for my kiddo.
I want to thank the manager, Ashley, for addressing a previous issue I had. While my interaction with another employee today was less pleasant, I appreciated Ashley's professionalism and the effort she made to make things right.
I recently downloaded the app because I was beginning to stop by Scooters pretty often. Unfortunately today may be my last visit. I really enjoy several of their drinks, but after spending about $10 on a large iced banana cream matcha latte that was almost all foam, I felt ridiculous. This wasn’t the first time. Literally a 1/4 of the cup was liquid. That was very disappointing.
