Had to buy something to use bathroom
It wasn't busy at the time. The staff were very nice. The coffee and sandwiches were delicious.

Why is it mandatory to leave a tip at this establishment? I’m supposed to be paying for a service, yet I’m forced to press a button just to receive my purchase. I would call that conditional theft.
