I’m currently going through cancer treatments and often feel uncomfortable or self-conscious when I go out, even just pulling up to a drive-thru. However, the staff at Scooters made me feel incredibly welcome and at ease the moment I got to the window. On top of the wonderful, friendly service, the entire outside area and drive-thru lane were spotless, and the drinks were absolutely amazing. This spot is a gem, and I'll definitely be back!
I had a fantastic experience at this Scooter's location! The service was truly amazing—the staff was friendly, efficient, and had a great attitude. My cake pop and my Caramelicious was made perfectly. It’s hard to find a spot that is both quick and consistent, but this place nails it. Highly recommend!
Scooters is a great place to eat! The food was fresh, delicious, and made quickly. The staff is friendly and provided excellent customer service. I would definitely come back and recommend Scooters to anyone looking for a great quick drink and excellent service!
I had been going to this place for so long since they opened. But lately, they're struggling to have peanut butter protein, and it's been twice already that I ordered, and when I got to the window, they were out of it. 🥜 It's unacceptable; whoever owns or manages this franchise should pay more attention to this issue.
Every scooters i got to besides this one doesn’t charge for a large water and what’s even more strange on depending on what day and who’s working I get my water for free. And i usually don’t make a fuss about it but today i dealt with an employee that was really rude about it . It’s water yes but it would be nice if yall were consistent across the board . Especially since i stopped ordering normal drinks in because ingredients are never fully stocked .
