I'M LITERALLY STANDING UP AT THE WINDOW...I WALKED HERE AFTER GETTING OFF THE BUS. I didn't know they only do drive-thru because of benches out front I figured I could walk-up to order. Went to get a cosmic brownie blender. Pathetic. Weak taste, like watered coffee. And a peanut butter cup blender. All peanut butter. Go to the one on 87th this is a joke.
I have a son with a disability who rides his scooter here to get his coffee. As of late, months now actually, he has gone to this location and is completely ignored and then has to go to 87th street store and they ignore him too. Drive thru and at pick up window. Just happened again about 35 minutes ago, disrespectful and unprofessional. Shame On You. Having a disability of any sort shouldn't mean NO SERVICE from the staff working at these 2 locations.
