I’m changing my 5 star review to a 1. Not due to the staff. Due to the owners or the corporate policy. If you ask for no ice, they fill it up with the same amount of drink. I’ve never had this experience elsewhere. I wouldn’t have to ask for little or no ice if they didn’t fill it with 50% ice. Plus their drinks are expensive already and they are going to treat their customers like this?? You’ve just lost a customer who has been going there since it opened.
The girls there are so so sweet! I always feel like I have a complicated drink order, and they were so kind with my order and fast!!!
