The girl with black hair and the red tattoo behind her ear was extremely rude and provided some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. She seemed unable to multitask, and multiple times when I tried speaking to her, she would simply walk away and ignore me. I have no issues with Scooter’s as a business, but this employee’s attitude and lack of customer service really needs to be addressed. I hope management takes this feedback seriously.
Employees there aren’t as pleasable. Some of them mess around and then the next thing you know, the orders get messed up and then they’re to blame for the incident. Anyways the drinks are still as good as they should be and nothing bad has happened whenever I was there. Pup cups are free to get once, just make sure to not keep doing it over and over, it’s just wasting at this point. Such chipper staff early in the morning. The drive-thru was super quick and my coffee was the perfect temperature!
