The staff at 96 and Q is awesome the girls there always have a positive attitude and always are a pleasure. The only complaint I have is that you bring back the green apple infusion to all locations this is the best drink and should be available year-round I go to scooters every single day in a ride or die member.
As a former scooters girlie, I came here to add on to the many other reviews expressing how poor the service was. The girls in there had crazy mean girl energy, like I was being a nuisance for even being there. Just their tone of voice and the way they glared at me. Idk their names but it’s the short brunette with caterpillar lashes and the girl with super long blonde hair. Coffee was fine and the potholes almost took out my car.
I treat myself to coffee about twice a month. I will not return to the 96th and Q location. All new staff that is horrible! Used to have the nicest baristas around. The last 2 times I have gone I have ordered my usual, large blended autumn Carmel swirl with extra shot, both times the try handing me a medium. The first time I told them she said she had to make sure they charged me for a large which they did and remade the drink correctly. No complaints, things happen.
