RecommendedI've been buying bikes from Scooter's since I was a kid. I remember choosing a bike there 30 years ago. Fast forward to today and I've now bought both my sons their first and second bikes there. Our daughter is up next. You won't find a more community focused, committed, professional, knowledgeable shop around. I've talked with Scooter's in recent weeks as my wife and I are in the market so we can ride as a family. Worst customer service ever ! They told us it would be $40 for repairs and to put new tires on which we purchased elsewhere and brought in ourselves. When my Husband picked up the bike they charged him double what they originally quoted me and refused to give us back our original tires . Not to mention the bike is worse off now !!!!
I've been coming to scooters bike shop for over 20 years now. Maybe even 23. I always try to shop local for my biking needs. Sometimes I go break things on my bike just so I have a reason to come visit. Best place around.
I went in today for the first time to have my bent wheel straightened. Scooter took my wheel and immediately began to repair it. He is a really friendly guy and competent. He gained a customer.
Great family owned business where quality and service comes first. You can't get this at wallmart.
Love this place! They are always so willing to help us out... from tweaking anything to researching/buying custom parts for our sons bike. So happy to support such a great local business!
