I humbly apologies to This Scooteroo service company Having tha same name as this poor WA company would easily be mistaken. Apologies.. My comments reflect WA Scooterroo not Scooterroo service Purchased a scooter controller part that did not work. Was Ghosted and ignored by the company when requesting a return and money back. Had to purchase another part from China. Dissatisfied disappointed NOT RECOMMENDED AS THIS COMPANY FOLLOW UP .. IS RUBBISH.

***Dangerous Workshop*** I took my scooter in for repairs.and it came out UNROADWORTHY. Important bolts and screws were missing...I could of been killed. When I spoke to Dave about his poor workmanship he got defensive and tried to blame the factory when it was built. So wouldn't you think.....Hey Mr Customer...whist working on your scooter I have noticed this so called "Factory Issue" Oh No...Secondly I am a repeat customer so WHY wasn't this issue raise previously.
