My son’s scooter was originally purchased at Scooter Hut in Balcatta. It had gone for a service there but still issues then they closed down and yep no warranty now! I contacted Craig at Scooteroo and explained. He was so helpful and told me to bring it in. My son is ASD and his scooter is his freedom, being without it was tough. Infinitely better than any other scooter place for many reasons. I send everyone there. Don't find out the hard way like some have; deal with them first!!
Interesting service here. Would not recommend. The guy tried to tell me I just hadn't tightened the screws properly which is what caused the part to break. Umm no all the scooters I see all have this part broken and you knew that before I walked in. Thank you for the mild sexism. The other guy was helpful and nice.
