My husband rented a scooter for himself for the 3 days in the parks. The delivery was awesome as it was dropped off at our hotel. The scooter was clean and fully charged. It was used alot in our 3 days and it was a lifesaver. My husband has parkinsons and without this he wouldn't have been able to come on the family trip. Very grateful for the customer service and the ability to rent. Will definitely use them again in the future.
Got a super dirty stroller, not even a wipe down. We called and they said they would exchange in 1-2 hours. Never showed so we called. They said we miss understood and they would try and get a new one tomorrow. Tomorrow we are doing early entry tomorrow and they said they don’t know when we will get it. Not super impressed
We had an excellent experience! Our scooter was delivered with no issues to our hotel, was clean and charged. We ran into an issue on our last day with the scooter - HUGE SHOUTOUT to Brenda located in Orlando who was able to resolve our issue in 20 minutes! Brenda - you saved our last day! Thank you!
This is the 3rd time I rent a scooter for my mom it's always on time and it's the best we alway go to Disney around 10am and leave around 10pm and the battery never dies
I would NOT recommend to rent stroller or scooter here, mostly they're damaged and dirty.
