We had an excellent experience! Our scooter was delivered with no issues to our hotel, was clean and charged. We ran into an issue on our last day with the scooter - HUGE SHOUTOUT to Brenda located in Orlando who was able to resolve our issue in 20 minutes! Brenda - you saved our last day! Thank you!
This is the 3rd time I rent a scooter for my mom it's always on time and it's the best we alway go to Disney around 10am and leave around 10pm and the battery never dies
I would NOT recommend to rent stroller or scooter here, mostly they're damaged and dirty.
I have rented from scooter bug before but this will be my last time renting from them. I have rented from several companies additionally and the battery has always lasted all day but now it no longer lasts but 4-5 hours. I called to ask for another scooter and they said I needed to go and charge it every 4-5 hours. Well there is no where in downtown disney or disneyland. They told me to go to Disneylands scooter rentals and drop it off to charge which is ridiculous! What am I supposed to do sit outside for an hour or more to... read more
The scooter I got was so loud and the back up beep was ridiculously loud. WORST scooter I have ever rented. I will NEVER rent from them again. Awful customer service. This scooter should never have been delivered to anyone!! I called and the lady said no one could bring another one until the day we would be at Disneyland for the 70th and we would be gone all day. I asked if they would meet me at the park and she said no. What a joke!
