We’re on day one of a 6 day stroller rental and the service is very disappointing. The stroller we got is worn beyond reason, the folding mechanism doesn’t work and fabric is torn on one of the seats (double stroller). That might be forgivable for a rental but the basic care was lacking too. We took two half used water bottles out of the canopy, partially eaten chocolates from the seats and a bunch of chips from the in seams. It’s clear there was zero basic clean or preparation between customers. Day 1 and woefully unimpress... read more
Lack of communication and scooters are the not the same. They dropped off the scooter without notifying us where it would be (bell service). No call or text to tell us. The scooters only last about 4-5 hours. I called to ask if this scooter was defective because last time we rented one it lasted all day. They told us to charge it anywhere in the parks. I’m suppose to look for outlets and go park it there to charge? What a hassle. Will be looking for an alternative next Disney visit. A local informed us that the company was b... read more
I rented from them for the first (and LAST) time during a trip to Disneyland in September, 2024. The scooter was literally falling apart. The chair was not adjustable and felt like it was going to fall off of its mount. The charging port casing was completely loose in the area in which is was placed. Luckily, the battery did charge when I plugged it in. I never used the USB port for charging anything because I simply didn't trust that the battery would last. The basket popped off at least once spilling everything I had in it... read more
When I got the scooter it was almost dead. So I lost time from my day not only trying to find a plug but charging it. Then today in the park it would just randomly shut off. The chair is uncomfortable and busted up. They do not take care of their scooters. I wish I could say this was the first time but it's not. They are the only scooter rentals that Disney allows at the hotels. So when I stay there I have to use them. They are crap. Don't use them.
I rented from Scooter Bug last year and the scooter was wonderful. Now I see these negative reviews and I am worried about renting again. So I called as if I was stuck and no one answered the phone to help me. If I had been in Disneyland with a broken scooter and no one answered I would be been real upset.
