I have rented from scooter bug before but this will be my last time renting from them. I have rented from several companies additionally and the battery has always lasted all day but now it no longer lasts but 4-5 hours. I called to ask for another scooter and they said I needed to go and charge it every 4-5 hours. Well there is no where in downtown disney or disneyland. The scooter I got was so loud and the back up beep was ridiculously loud. WORST scooter I have ever rented. I will NEVER rent from them again. Awful customer service. This scooter should never have been delivered to anyone!! I called and the lady said no one could bring another one until the day we would be at Disneyland for the 70th and we would be gone all day. I asked if they would meet me at the park and she said no. What a joke!
Customer service was polite but the initial person who made our reservation for us over the phone made mistakes that caused us not to get our stroller. We didn’t find out until 30 mins until we needed it that it would not longer be delivered to our hotel until the next day. A full refund was given
Super helpful! I wish we would've just gone with them from the get go. Due to a tricky situation we had a somewhat last minute request and they were more than accommodating, will definitely be using them again in the future!
Planning for a trip. They never answered. Im going to buy one instead.
