I’ve rented mobility scooters in Las Vegas from scooter bug for 7 years. I’ve always recommended this company to people. The customer service is great. The product made all the difference in me being able to enjoy my trip. Unfortunately, the last two times I’ve rented from them the scooters have been in terrible shape, the seats have been broken & reclined back too far, I have to sit on the edge of the seat and reach for the handles. Horrible driver on the road, man with glasses and a beard, get better drivers. Cutting people off. Throwing the middle finger up and talking rudely.

Rented a scooter at Delano Las Vegas Hotel for 2 days. What a nightmare. I get stuck at Luxor when the key will not turn to start the scooter. Called the phone number for help after 30 minutes of speaking to Tyron, I was told that I have to push the scooter back to Delano. Called the 800 number in Orlando a person named Pamela said it is a local issue that I should be calling Las Vegas office. Called the Delano office also said to push it back to their location. Recently rented a scooter for less then 1 day, was charged for 2 day rental. I enjoyed using these scooters every month when I go to Vegas but will make sure to not use this company again. Would be willing to give a better rating if I could actually get in contact with them to resolve this issue.
