Rented a scooter at Delano Las Vegas Hotel for 2 days. What a nightmare. I get stuck at Luxor when the key will not turn to start the scooter. Called the phone number for help after 30 minutes of speaking to Tyron, I was told that I have to push the scooter back to Delano. Called the 800 number in Orlando a person named Pamela said it is a local issue that I should be calling Las Vegas office. Called the Delano office also said to push it back to their location. Recently rented a scooter for less then 1 day, was charged for 2 day rental. I enjoyed using these scooters every month when I go to Vegas but will make sure to not use this company again. Would be willing to give a better rating if I could actually get in contact with them to resolve this issue.

Scooter broke down motor was locking up. Was told to push it back. We rented seven scooters. Was a problem with them ever since we did the reservation. I have rented scooters before every time we come to Vegas. This is by far the worst. Save your time and money and do not rent from them.

These guys saved our concert. We booked another service that went completely AWOL (premier Vegas mobility scooters) They were at the EXCALIBUR. Very quick easy convenient and affordable. A1 Inquire MGM Properties if they have these guys in house
