You guys put the wrong battery on my bike I clearly brought back a 100 ah battery to replace on the new Emmo zone Gts I went to install some lights today and saw this. A 80 ah battery. Which looks nothing like my old one What’s up with that?

Terrible service. Staff seem angry to be there. I bought the wrong charger for $115—they said I could return it or wait for the right one. When I called to follow up, I was hung up on. I’ve already spent around $1,500 here. If you need your e-bike fixed, go elsewhere or do it yourself—cheaper and less hassle. (EDIT) So they got back to me and we ended up settling things in a professional and respectful way and I really appreciate that it’s not a terrible place just someone having a bad day and dealing with ppl trying to scam... read more

I have been dealing with Don & Marsha at Scooter World for 6 or 7 years now and have never had any issues. i have purchased 2 e -bikes at Scooter World as well as a few repairs (including flat tires). Scooter World is "the" place for e-bike sales, service and repairs. Lastly, Scooter World is an honest business that does NOT try to cheat or scam you. Being a senior, that is important to me.
