For a business that caters to people in need, they are difficult to contact, surly, and do not live up to time commitments for repair and deliver which is vital for individuals using motorized scooters. My 87 year old father had a scooter, purchased through them break down. We contacted them immediately and they said they would go and pick up the scooter and give him a rental at $20 per day.
