The onsite representatives were amazing - 10 out of 10. The 800 people had no idea what they were doing. 0 out of 10. When the scooter started beeping and stopped working I was on the other side of the Convention Center. I tried to fix it myself. Drove slow, tried backing up and then going forward. I was able to go anywhere. I wanted to go without having any problems. I was able to go on the bus and the train. With the help of scoot around, thank you.
Scooter helped me get around with my family from casinos, shopping, and sightseeing like Hoover Dam.
Delivery went okay, I generally had no problems. The one thing I would've liked was the ability to adjust the seat. I'm 5'10" and it was not comfortable. When I called about it, they sent me a manual. But nuts and bolts would've needed moving, so that wasn't helpful.
Easy to rent everything was excellent
