Customer service is fantastic!!! Delivery is easy and quick. The delivery drivers are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. We’ve even had a few employees come ask us how things were going when they saw us out on the trip. Pretty poor customer experinece trying to rent a wheel chair for a broken back. First I'm told that the coupon code advertised on their website on 11/21 isn't valid unitl 12/1- even though it says nothing about a start date 10 days away. Then I'm quoted different prices by the girl on the phone and a delivery fee b/c you have to meet the driver at a certain hotel. Price on the phone was $25 higher than online. I use scootaround for all my mobility needs when traveling and they are great to work with with exceptional customer service. My most recent trip to Las Vegas was great due to my scooter being available upon my arrival to my hotel. It was great getting around with ease.
