Excelente servicio. Estuve utilizando una de sus scooters a través de la ciudad y no tuve ningún problema. La había rentado por la mitad de mi estancia y llamé para extender la renta por el resto del viaje y el servicio al cliente fue excelente. Great experience renting a mobility scooter for my mom. Drop off at the hotel’s bell desk was easy, I didn’t have to be there to receive it. And the scooter itself was in great condition. We had a question at one point and customer service picked up quickly. My only complaint would be the waivers and the extra charges they ask you to pay up front for coverage. We rent scooters a lot and I’ve never seen that before. We denied all the coverage, but it made me slightly more wary while we used the scooter.

Scootaround makes it possible for me to attend the fair and see all the events and activities, as it's hard for me to walk long distances. They are easy to work with, and I have had no problems while renting a scooter for the last at least six years. I look forward to using them again next year.
