On-time delivery and pickup. The scooter was well worth the rental fee.
Needed a scooter or wheelchair for an event. Website didn’t list the event despite advertising its available. I called and they advised you can’t do it over the phone but have to go to the event to try and rent. But I need to chair when I arrive to the event.
