Delivery was friendly and on time. Always my favorite choice for mobility equipment rentals. Flawless and seamless and no stress.

Paid for a Rollator, a couple of weeks later Scootaround calls me and informs I originally wasn't charged a delivery fee. Couldn't cancel, had to pay the fee. Unprofessional
