Requesting a scooter was very easy. Excellent customer service!
It was great fun
Paid for a Rollator, a couple of weeks later Scootaround calls me and informs I originally wasn't charged a delivery fee. Couldn't cancel, had to pay the fee. Unprofessional
So convenient for a day use at fair. I was able to enjoy a nice day with this scooter. The price for daily rental was great and the staff working the rental booth was so nice and friendly ( Mercedes) I definitely will be renting again soon. Thank you.
This rental was smooth sailing. The customer service staff was very helpful. The delivery was on time. I had no issues.
