Rented for the SD fair following knee replacement. The scooter really was terrific! And the whole rental, pickup and return was easy easy!
You can zoom all around the SD County Fair and you won’t need a Footsie Wootsie!!
Be prepared for a long line when picking up your mobility scooter, even with a reservation as the reservation and non-reservation lines were merged. I waited in line for 45 minutes to pick up my reserved scooters. Also, the concert ended at 2200, but we had to have the scooters turned in my 2145, so we had to leave the concert earlier than planned. If we use Scooteraround next time, we will have them delivered to the house, and picked up from the house so we can enjoy the concert without interruption.
Online app did not work but phone call was super simple, 5 minutes and done...sd fair was very accommodating and scoot around employees were over the top nice .. 💯 Recommend
3rd time using Scootaround. Easy to rent… called for a reservation and the customer service was great! All you do is check in at you event and off you go!!!!
