Would rate it a 0 if I could. I scheduled a heavy-duty scooter 2 weeks in advance. I was skeptical of a large corporate group but happy to see the confirmation emails quickly. Didn't receive the user agreement until 2 days prior. Arrived at hotel and ...no scooter. Called and was told my reservation was cancelled. They said they left me a voice message 24 hrs before my arrival. That was the only time there was any form of communication other than emails so of course i didnt get it. I would give 0 stars but can’t. Abhorrent customer service. Do not recommend to any person at all. Called to reserve a WHILL chair with two week advance and was told they would call me back. Didn’t recieve a call back. Had to call the next day to reserve again and was told they JUST rented the last one.l to the caller before me. So I could have got it if they called me back on time. SO THEN, I was told it would be delivered NO LATER THEN 10 AM to my hotel and we drive all the way down from Washington to San Diego, California... read more

Special review for OSCAR who delivered our scooter. I rented a scooter for my mother for Disneyland. There was a bit of confusion about drop off - in an email I was told the scooter could be dropped off at the hotel with the staff. Unfortunately, Oscar called around 11am with the scooter while we were still far away (in Santa Barbara)! Oscar reassured me it was no issue and he would meet us at a later time.
