It was wonderful, the fact is I can’t walk very far on my own. The hover round was great. There’s a great deal of walking in the DC area.
Scoot around always drops off timely at my hotel as well as pick up. The scooters are always in decent shape and their customer service is usually very responsive.
Scootaround was a lifesaver for me on my first cruise. I was able to go where I wanted to go with ease. It made my experience so much more delightful because I could travel wherever my family went. I recommend Scooteround for anyone who wants an affordable price and assurance of good-quality equipment. I am so thankful that Carnival Cruise recommended their service—a great experience.
The scooter was very easy to rent and manage. I found that when sitting for a long time I needed to remember to turn it off so that it would move when I was ready. Also that it better to back in to the elevators rather than riding in forward for easier regress.
Incredibly grateful we rented to scooter for a family member. There was an issue and the company handled it immediately and professionally. We will continue to use them in the future
