Having a Scootaround allowed our entire group to enjoy DC and celebrate America's 250th birthday without being limited because certain members in our group were unable to walk to all of the events.

I booked a specific device a month in advance. Two days before I was due to need it I was told essentially “we don’t have what you need we’re just gonna send this other thing”. The problem is I can’t use the replacement device . When someone books specific equipment it’s because they need that specific equipment. With the other one star comments it’s pretty clear that they make a habit of ripping off vulnerable people

The scooter was fully charged when I arrived in my stateroom. It was clean and ready to go. Also the scooter was easy to use. The basket in front was so convenient.
