This place is adorable! I love bringing my kids here, we always love the ice cream that they have It is so good. The people they have working here are always super sweet and they are very allergy friendly. We love coming here, they have a great location and their candy selection is a lot of fun. We will definitely be back again, we've been dozens of times.

*Update 9/22/2025 Felt the need to write an update for Scoops Sugar Hill after we had yet another standout experience tonight. After my son's boy scout meeting, he asked if we could get a treat. Being so close to Scoops, I checked the time and we still had 30 minutes. Haley and Zion made our night and really helped us enjoy our ice creams and served us with smiles and great cheer.
