Scoops is the freaking best. I was so sad when they closed the old location (not knowing that a new one was in the works). When I saw their sign they were still working on the inside of the new place. I was so excited and when the owners saw us they invited us in to take a look. Another time we walked there on a Monday and they were closed. I was pouting (jokingly) by the front door and the owner was changing a light bulb. They opened shop just to give me ice cream.
