Here's the scoop on a true gem in Kenosha. Julie the owner of Scoops, mom of 7 and a nursing student is truly a treasure. �This great lady came in SPECIAL on a Saturday, in July, to make her famous carrot with fresh dill soup. I was hosting bookclub and really wanted my guest to try the Carrot with fresh dill soup. There's nothing like it! Spoon full of yummy goodness in every taste. Do your taste buds a favor and try this soup. Their entire establishment is a beautiful reflection of hometown goodness!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Went in Scoops for the first time with my 3 sons ages 12, 11 and 9. We all really enjoyed the old fashioned decor and the tables on the side walk (nice touch for the summer). We had ice cream, chocolate covered Oreos and brownies. All delicious! Employees were polite and quick. Thank you we will be back before summer is over!

Stopped down tonight for the first time. Staff was all very nice and friendly. There are soooo many choices it was hard to choose, but they didn't rush us at all and offered suggestions to try. Great service and delicious treats!
