Scoops is the best ice cream in Delaware and the people are very nice that
the best ice cream and water ice in Delaware good people you just can't beat it
They amazing chocolate covered bananas! They have great deals on water ice and awesome banana splits ! Their ice cream cones are also out of this world I just wish they were open all year around

I LOVE THIS PLACE
I Love this place... Not only do they have friendly staff... they also have great selection of the ohhh sooo yummy desserts... AND they also have Vegan ice cream too.... My favorite is the gelatos Chocolate WaterIce and Vanilla hard ice cream ���
