I came home yesterday to my 87 year old mother in tears because Scoop Troop lawn service left cut grass all over her lawn that they did not pick up, and did not overlap the rows that they were mowing leaving long grass in between each row. My mom asked the man mowing the lawn to call his supervisor as the job was unsatisfactory. The supervisor, a very rude female called my mom back and said that since she was not happy with the services that she was severing the relationship.
