Having completed scoliosis programming at ScolioAustin, I was eager to join their BoneFit classes. My bone density markers had improved with the scoliosis workouts, so I knew the BoneFit strength training would be the best way to continue. This program isn’t “one size fits all”; each individual’s needs are assessed and the programming builds incrementally. I appreciate the individual attention given to form, so that I can be assured I’m doing each exercise correctly. And besides ……. it’s fun!

EverStrong BoneFit has been such a positive experience for me. I especially benefitted from learning how to perform each exercise correctly, with close attention to technique and safety. As the program progressed, I could see and feel my strength improving and became much more confident in my ability to exercise and challenge myself.
