We never felt any pressure about buying a vehicle or adding extras to the contract. The entire experience was ideal. We are very excited about our Subaru!
Very disappointed in the service department. I've scheduled (in advance!) 3 oil changes here and had to wait over an hour and a half every single time. I even rescheduled one appointment because they had overbooked- and still had to wait over an hour and a half at the rescheduled appointment. Extremely disappointed and will be going somewhere else.
They are very informative, patient, and will work for you. I was unsure at first but went right in and was able to get everything going and even some extras. Will definitely be coming back again when we need another vehicle. Loved this place! My sales person was Casey and I would highly recommend him. He was very soft spoken and got straight to the point.
If I could give 10 Stars, I would! My salesman, Shawn, made everything so easy start to finish (give that boy a bonus! ;) ) and the manager, Matt, made me feel like family! I will be back for another when the lease is up on my Impreza, there’s no one I trust like this dealership!

I had a great car buying experience at Scoggin-Dickey Subaru. Other dealerships I had visited prior made me feel uneasy and the salesmen were not willing to help get me into a car that I really wanted. Matt Patterson and Ian Deleon went above and beyond my expectations and made the process enjoyable. I will definitly be a returning customer in the future.
These guys are awesome! They went the extra mile to get me financed, it was a challenge & they got it done. The employees were very friendly & great to work with. I look forward to buying my next car with Scoggin Dickey Subaru. I highly recommend them!
Worst experience ever. Spent 45 mins waiting on salesman to get the keys to the car to test drive. And he comes back with a lease program with payment options and tells me that's the best he could do. I never said i wanted to lease the car, never said anything about payments. Told him I had a trade, and that wasn't even mentioned. As well as the price on the lease was 2500 higher then what they had listed as the sale price
