Service, I have waited in this waiting room over 2 hours everytime I get my oil changed. today I'm here to get one piece of trim replaced and they tell me after 2.5 hours that they finally found the part? I scheduled this repair as well as the old changes. I love my subaru but not with this lack of care for their customer. I understand things get busy but I have been here 5 times and all of them end with me wishing I lived in lubbock or had something else to do.
RecommendedGo see Chris. honest great guy. Finance guy was awesome too! I had went to Brown in Amarillo I was lied to and miss lead then jerk around for hours. Salesman walked around question for couple hours till I found out they did not even have the car there. Drove to Scoggin Dickey left in Subaru Forester that day. The exact same thing I was told by Chris on the phones is what happened when I got there. wow how nice to have honest salesman! Thanks again Chris Louis and the finance man. I did not get his name!
