WILL NEVER DEAL AGAIN WITH SCOGGIN DICKEY PARTS CENTER
Done business here for sometime. Great people. Lots of help and always has the parts. Greg is quite a good partsman.
I placed an order for a couple of brake rotors on the 6th of January. On the 14th when I still hadn't received them, I called and was informed that they didn't have any in stock so they special ordered them. "They should be in pretty soon". I was never notified of the order status so I kept looking for delivery so I could repair my brakes. Pretty shabby treatment in this day and age when it only takes a few seconds to advise a customer of a problem by email. I'll never deal with this company again.
